I do see it happening. But as I've said before, it only takes him one second to do it and I'm not sure what my appropriate response should be. And it's not really peeing. It's a few drops of urine each time, and he does it in different places around the house, then fully pees on the potty pad, which is why I believe it to be marking and not pee.
