I understand. There are companies out there that ship puppies all the time, so I thought grounds transportation was safer than getting transported by a airplane. She is doing fine now. She just doesn't like being placed in a carrier. My vet says its common for small puppies, small dogs, and some regular size dogs to get motion sickness. Since she was being transported from such a far place, and the truck broke down she might associate being in a pet carrier with that experience. She will never get placed in a pet carrier again. I don't want her anxiety levels to ever get like that again. The earliest appointment he has is on the 1st. |
