That's all fine and dandy, but a facebook post doesn't remove your liability to control your animal/s/. That sounds like one of those hoax copy and paste facebook legal self protection statuses.
If she's so concerned and her dog is really so menacing on it's own turf, she should put up a regular fence.
I love the folks in my HOA, we are really lucky to all get along so well. We have a really nice facebook group where we all share goings on and I couldn't imagine if someone posted that nonsense the mockery that would ensue. |
