invisible fences are good for keeping your dog in your yard only, does nothing to keep dogs or children out. She will have many law suits on her hands.It's crazy to make statements like that. She would never win in court, and why take a chance in your dog getting harmed, or to have an innocent child get harmed. Invisible fences should be outlawed in communities and developments.
