One of my neighbors posted this tonight. She has a very antagonistic relationship with the neighborhood since she was asked to leave the HOA board. While I agree that no one should be allowing their dog to run loose, this post just struck me as odd. What do you think?

"We have adopted a new little 8 month old lab mix puppy. Will be installing an Invisible Fence for her. She is well-trained, but if a child OR another dog comes onto our property, we will not be responsible for her actions. Please tell your children NOT to come into the yard without letting me know first, and, for those of you on our street who insist on not keeping your dog('s) leashed or contained, we will NOT be responsible if he/she comes onto our property to do his/her business."
