I contacted my insurance agent who faxed and verified proof that I have a current policy that has not had any lapse in coverage and took this mortage companys contact information down and said he would contact them to resolve the issue. he did this three times now and I don't know what else to do if they keep calling me about this.My Contract states that I have the choice to have any Ins agency I want
I am keeping copy of checks sent to them, that is the my evidence that they received every payment on my mortgage in full with the same amount my coupon mortgage book states. When they cash the checks, they print a number and also their name on the back of the check. That shows they received their money. and I have copy's of those checks.
I will also contact the Attorney Generals office and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the credit reporting agencies when they decide to send it there. as well as anyand all other resources I can locate to stop this consumer abuse and illegal activity.
But By what I read about them in search they are doing this to so many people and I dont know why they have not been stopped.they have letters and letters from people that they have scammed.
