Cookie was able to hold it until morning consistently by about 7 months or so. From 3.5 months to 7 months she decreased from needing to be taken out in the middle of the night 90% of the time to maybe 20% of the time, and after 7 months it was pretty rare that she ever needed out at night (maybe 3-4 times a month or so, now down to once every couple of months at 16 months of age).
