I am using Safari on a Macbook Pro. I was always able to go to chat no problem. It is saying something about the security service is blocking the application?? I haven't and and don't know how to change a security anything on my laptop so it wasn't changed by me.
It doesn't make sense to out of nowhere not to work. I could try doing the other way but I just wanted to click on chat and get on like I used to.
