Do as KimMee's Mom advises, you may also want to look into hiring an attorney as well. It sounds pretty bad as to what they are doing to you. As far as payments go, you can mail it each month with a certified receipt (it's a few extra dollars at the post office), that way you can verify when they received your check. Also make copies of your checks when they try to claim you didn't send it in yet. That company sounds like a huge pain to deal with.
