I think it's very nice (and the right thing to do) to have looked for the little guy to make sure he was safe. The owner was well....just a jerk and I would have taken him up on the offer. Some people should be allowed to own pets let along bred to have children! A
free neuter should be offered to this guy as well as the little Yorkie. Neither should be allowed to wander the street to possibly breed and the poor little pupster could have been injured or worse. Now that owners well it wouldn't be so horrible if he ate a bumper or something
