In Destin Maravilla condos have pet friendly condos...just across the street from the beach, but nothing blocking your view. Also Beach Retreat, Majestic Sun and Leeward Key have some pet friendly units. Most of those are in Miramar Beach, but still considered part of Destin. Further in Destin you could try Sandollar Townhomes.
Unless you are a resident in Destin, you cannot have a dog on the beach. Even as a resident you need a permit. They will ticket you.
