We do the following two ways.

1: par boil your corn. ( I do this in a large cassaroll dish and pour boiling water over, once the water is cool / room temp take out and slowly cut down each side of the cobs. This relases the corn and now you go on to step two choice of packaging......

A or B
A: Take out cookie tray lay corn all over it, freeze and then place in vacuum seal bag.
B: The option we use alot for camping. Place on dehydrator racks and dry till hard as a rock. Place in vacuum seal bags.

To use again..
A: Just thaw and warm add salt and pepper.
B: Place in boil water and let sit till dehydrated and use / eat on trail.
C: Consume frozen or dryed for snacks
