Two days a week, my house is veggies/fruit only.....I had heard somewhere that if you designated ONE day to eating veggies and fruit only, you would.....then tons of statistics and numbers I can not remember, but chances of colon cancer plummet, weight drops, calories drop, memory improves, on and on and on. So, I figure if we do TWO days a week, we may put a dent in calories, cancer and heart disease in this house! I can honestly say I feel absolutely NO different, no healthier, no lighter, no smarter, etc.....but maybe it is happening unbeknownst to me! |
