I have a foster dog right now high bun 127 range up to 27 but normal creatinine ...I will be retesting her in a few weeks.... I also had a foster that has recently past that had a high bun..normal creatinine fir a long time...he however was diagnosed with poly cystic kidney disease,..his creatinine was normal for over a year after diagnosis but elevated bun....
