I agree, vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Every nook and cranny, under and over furniture, in the car or wherever your dog goes. Every day. Wash everything as often as possible, especially bedding.
If you are already infested, you may have to keep this up for weeks to get all of the eggs and new fleas hatching.
