I really wish these reminders were enough to solve this issue, but if the few who are creating this hostile environment don't realize it's their behavior contributing to this then we can't expect change. So true! You're right that they don't see their blind spot! And it is indeed unpleasant. I think (and this is a discussion forum so I am discussing
) that they really need to see themselves as they pontificate to others. I personally think this forum is quite mild compared to some I've seen. Are we just a bunch of eggshells?
