I agree personality is the key. Our two get along great with our sons boxer, and recently we were at my sister-in-laws for a couple weeks vacation, they have a huge dog they rescued at the pound. Mind you Sydney is 12 years old and very laid back but all the dogs got along famously. We never left them unsupervised, but if anything Kyra was the most aggressive at times and she is a tiny girl. If looking at a larger dog I would research on their personality traits first. Best of luck finding a playmate for your little one. |
