Does anyone have experience with Yorkies and cat cohabitating? I have a 4 yr old Ragdoll and she's not your typical Ragdoll - somewhat needy, of course on her terms!
We lost her 1/2 sister just about 5 months ago and she had a hard time adjusting, she's just now getting settled. I've talked to the vet, but we talked about getting another cat - not sure how that would go!
So I would like a dog again, but want a small dog and I'm very interested in the Yorkie! I know there's different weights - the ones I like are anywhere from 5-8 lbs. My cat weighs 9 lbs! I had my cat watch Youtube where there was a Yorkie barking and she was very interested and watched the dog barking and moving around! But she was also ready to get away from it too!
I don't want to get the dog and then something happen or the dog stresses out or the cat stresses out...then I stress out!! I'd be interested to know how other folks have dealt with this! Thank you
