Pick one good food and stick with it. Yorkie stomachs can be very sensitive to change. I wipe my 2 pups feet every time after they come in, it doesn't seem to bother them but some dogs are more sensitive about their feet being touched. You can desensitize him by petting and holding his paws gently, maybe treats while you are holding and slowly introducing the wiping. I keep my guys hair on the feet pretty short but the wiping still helps.
