Frontline works best. I suggest you take you baby with you to a groomer and have her bathed in in a flea bath and on that very day, flea bomb your entire house and wash all her bedding. A day or two after the bath (putting Frontline on RIGHT after the bat is a bad idea. A day or two after allows the body's natural oils to rejuvionate therefor allowing the frontline to "soak in" better.) apply the Frontline. Just be sure you get in on her monthly. It works wonders.
