The Georgia room was my favorite, it was a 4 season room where the two large walls were all windows that opened up the space. It would be awesome in the Spring and Fall and early Winter.
I also loved the Retreat room which would call a Family Room. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room were all one space, very casual but would be great for entertaining. The Living Room was more for entertaining but not formal all but a huge point was there was not a TV in the room so it was really for sitting in and being social.
The Master Bedroom had a private outdoor patio with two chairs for relaxing. The cute thing about that area is they built a nice little area in the patio area for a dog, it has a built in dog house and part of the privacy fence.
