So it is after 10pm and Huey finally ate his breakfast I put out at 7 this morning. I was worried he wouldn't eat anything before I have to make him npo at midnight for his procedure in the morning. Obviously, going without breakfast doesn't phase him a bit, but I would have hated for him to not eat at all today (except a few treats) and then go until tomorrow night before getting anything , especially since his mouth may be a little sore after getting his teeth cleaned. He's not a big eater; never has been (unless it's on a people plate and one of his people is eating it) but if he's anything like me, not being allowed something makes you want it.
