What I want to find out, is there anything they can be reported for to stop them. This is what Gizmo was meant to be, and when I rescued him he was in a hypoglycemic coma and completely malnourished. It's sickens me so bad, I see these dogs all the time at the park near my house at the beach here. It's like they are a novelty. I have spent so much money on vet bills since I rescued Gizmo, and it's so hard to get people to understand what is being done to these pups to make them this way. How do we ever stop it? Any ideas on any way to report them for something? Anything? |
