Hello everyone and thank you for letting me join the forum,
We just got our Yorkie on June 29,2014 and He is Now 12 weks Old (Jake)
He had 2 seizures Yesterday. I he starts off by shaking then can't walk and tries to move his head and it's Wobbly, I gave him some Sugar water and a cracker after the second one and he perked up and started playing again like nothing happened. He has a vet apt today, But I was wondering about puppy food, I have him on Blue buffalo basics puppy Dry food, He is not a big eater at all. When we bought him I had bought a extra wet can of the food just incase he was a picky eater, I opened it yesterday and he scarfed it down quickly along with the cracker like he was starving. We free feed him when ever he wants it, it's always there. I am not sure what is going on here. Has anyone experienced seizure with their Yorkies? or blood sugar problems? He is 2.1 lbs if that helps, He is current on all his shots and in general is a happy puppy.
