first off... after nearly a month of no accidents at home, i wake up to not 1, not 2, but 3 pee accidents this morning! so we went to the vet's this morning for bunjee's appointment. the nurse did a fecal test and there's still blood in his stool. upon examination by the vet, he's determined to have coccidia (i think that's what he said) and is getting a shot of antibiotics. the vet is also running some blood work just to be certain there are no other problems. total tab will come out to about $140...
. oh well, so long as he gets better.
i'll be picking him up again later on this afternoon. i've noticed that he's gotten a lot more aggressive about not wanting to have his temperature taken and his fecal sample taken. he was growling at the nurse and struggling A LOT when i was holding him. because he's sick, he won't be getting his vaccines today either. he'll have to come back for it another day. my poor baby.
