Default Rescued little Yorkie-girl

Hi Everybody - This is my first time writing. I rescued a little 5 year old from a breeder, and had her spayed. She actually has wonderful training. She does everything on a newspaper. But that means that although she sees my other little rescue doggy do her thing outside, this little girl, mainly do it on the newspaper - not a bad thing when travelling, but how can I get her to do everything OUTSIDE only? There is always a doggy-door open, but she'll come in from being outside, and then still prefer to do it on the newspaper. Ag shame! She is such a delight, and so faithful in doing it on the newspapers (which I keep in the same area every day) - but I must keep it clean daily, and when visitors come, I need to rush and hide it away outside etc. Can she be "re-programmed"? Kind regards, Hentie.
