I want to share my experience. The day I was suppose to pick him up Kathy called me and informed me he had a red eye. She took him to the vet and it was an injury from playing with the other pups. She gave me a note from the vet and medicine for it. I would have never noticed his eye. She could have took the easy route and sold a sick puppy to me, but was honest and responsible, instead. She drove 3 hours to give him to me, free of charge. She also gave me potty pads, food, treats, and a toy for him.
I took him to the vet the next day when I got home and he seemed to be in perfect geakth, besides the eye. The next day, while I was holding him, he jumped from my arms onto the concrete from a tall chair (I underestimated his strength). I rushed him to the vet for x-rays. All of his bones are fine but they informed me that his heart is too large for his body, but does not seem to be a problem at this moment. I will keep you all updated on that.
He is 4 months old and not potty trained. He pees on the potty pads, but poops on the floor. I'm not sure if that is common for a puppy his age or not.
So far, I'm pleased with my experience with Kathy. I hope that gives some insight to anyone considering buying from her.

I may be mistaken, but I seem to remember hearing that many yorkies are mis-diagnosed as having an enlarged heart as seen on x-rays. I would consider a 2nd opinion from a cardiologist to be safe.

good luck with your new baby.
