I don't know any breeders who give more than the purchase price of a pup back in their guarentee. At least not in writing, they may help with vet bills above what the contract says. If there is no money being exchanged there is no consiquinces for the guarentee, thus its usless to the new owner anyway. See what I mean?

The pup back is another story. Its future payment and for the breeder to collect she needs it in writing. Thats where health and breed ability should come into play contract wise.
