Trupanion! I just selected that I wanted coverage on everything they offered and it's $50/month. Luckily my vet gave me trupanion insurance for a month free to try it out and I ended up needing it the 3rd day I had MJ ($200 X-rays). The downside? You pay upfront and they reimburse you later. Broken dog leg? Better have $4,000 in the bank.
