As far as the marking goes, not all male dogs mark their territory. If you get them neutered in time, they will not do this...There are even females I know that mark their territory, so it all just depends
I don't think males bark more than females...Miko rarely ever barks, so I think that also depends on the dog. Miko is also 100% potty trained to puppy pads.
