Default 8 Week Old Yorkie Experiencing Motion Sickness

I just got my yorkie yesterday morning. I had her shipped to me by grounds transportation, since its safer. They told me she had a tough time in the truck, but they didn't tell me she had motion sickness. I took her for a little walk this morning in her pet carrier, and she threw up more than five times. She threw up all her food, and her saliva looked like it was foaming around her mouth. OMG! I took her home and gave her a good bath, because it was all in her coat. Does anyone know if I carry her in a pet sling if that will help, since she's not confined inside and can see where's she going? I'm not going to let her get on the ground or anything, especially since she hasn't had all of her shots. I just don't want to leave her in the house while I'm taking my older yorkie outside. If the pet sling doesn't work she will have to stay indoors until she's gotten all her shots.
