I don't personally have a second one but when my mom got a rescue yorkie even though she lives 15 minutes away it sorta became like our second yorkie. They got so used to going to every thing together one can not go to get groomed with out the other or they have some anxiety and issues which normally is not an issue except Callie has surgery and is on crate rest for 8 weeks so she can't get groomed for awhile and he is starting to look like a mess. Then there is double the bills for everything vet, grooming, clothing, toys, food, treats and so on. Double everything including poo! There is also some jealousy they don't fight they just push each other out of the way. Don't get me wrong though I would never trade it for anything. The one thing that honestly doesn't bother me is bathing two because Sammy has such thin hair it only takes a few minutes but I imagine if his hair was as thick as Callie's is might be more of an issue. Oh and they teach each other there habits some bad some good.
