if this behavior has been a 24 hour period I would get him to the vet ASAP if not before. Seeing puppy not acting normal for "days"is NOT normal.. If you "have to get him treated for worms" why has he not been treated? This could be a reason. There are no vets on YT, even if you get advise, suggestions, you still need to see a vet. This is an internet site, we cannot see your baby, you gave no info on the pups back ground for anyone to even guesstimate a possibility, you have days with a pup not acting normal, yet you have not taken him to vet!!!!!! There will be other members along soon, but pup needs to get to the vet.. I hope this lil tyke gets medical help soon...Good luck
