I spoke to Jeanie just a little while ago. She went to a neurologist, and he prescribed her some medication, but sometimes the medication makes her feel worse. She really doesn't do well with a lot of medications, particularly ones for pain or muscle relaxers. She's going to start PT. I hope it helps her neck and that her headaches will reduce in frequency and level of pain. She is also going to see her orthopedist. We talked about other options that would make it easier to use a computer, possibly even a lightweight Chromebook. One thing for certain is that we miss Jeanie dearly, and she misses us a great deal, too. |
