I have finally had enough of the scams that are on Puppyfind.com and many other websites so I decided to call them on it. Here is a response from someone at Puppyfind.com. Not sure I totally beleive it but at least maybe we are one step closer from stopping these scammers!! I encourage all to report any scammers you see on Puppyfind.com
My message to Puppyfind.com:
I am appaled you allow so many scammers to sell puppies they don't even own
or have on your site that live in Africa or Nigera and allow people to send
money to them only to find out there was never a puppy for them in the first
place. This is a terrible site and you offer nothing good and are doing
nothing to help puppies out there that need good homes. I will be passing
this on to every forum and website I belong to.

Please provide the kennel/contact name that is shown on the listing and/or a
link to the listing in question so that I can locate and check their account
status along with any email address. You can foward the information to
scamalert@puppyfind.com.
We are currently doing all we can.
In addition to the Scam Alert we have posted on the site, we are doing daily
scam searches and removing scam accounts as we locate them or as they are
reported to us.
We are blocking IP addresses from known scam locations.
We have also changed the required information submitted when purchasing a
membership to include the 3 digit security number to prevent the use of
stolen credit card information.
Other changes have been implemented as well, however, due to the nature of
scammers attempting to adapt their scam to our changes, the details of those
changes are not able to be released at this time.
