Walmart used to carry purple, white, yellow, red, and green pepper plants, now they only have red and green. One year we had all the colors. I haven't seen a purple or white pepper since.
Purple & White? So neat & strange, eating white bell peppers loll! Our's only turn red, wished some turned orange or yellow. I think different species do that. If I leave it on the plant, they rot, so I pluck them when they're still green & leave it in a brown bag. Some of them turn red, some of them partly red.
