My Gina did have a small incontient problem a few years after her spay. I was told that this is normal for some females. She was given a med (liquid drops) and this stopped the dripping. It was never a big deal. If she was asleep on our lap she would leave a small wet spot when she got up.
I have had other females that never had a problem. I would not worry about this, Martin. Your baby girl will be just fine.
