 Need your opinion on a new pup...
Yes, I will be getting a new pup soon, but not super soon. Probably end of summer or so. But I wanted to do some research before hand. So I had been wanting another female, for Coco. I spoke to Coco's breeder and she has her parents. She loves me so much as a mommy to her pups, she would be willing to breed them when I'm ready (if possible still) for a biological sister. I just like Coco's genes (health, size, personality, demeanor and appearance) which is why I thought I could get her a biological sister. But more recently, especially since hanging out with Jennette, I've been thinking about getting a male dog. I've never had one so I don't know if I would be getting myself into more work with a male vs. female. I got really lucky with Coco and she's sooooo good, but I don't think all females are like her. Even her biological sister could be complete opposite. So my first question
1.) should I get a female or male companion for Coco? either one would be spayed/neutered. What can I expect from a male dog that is different from female?
2.) What is a good boy name if I choose to get a male? I have girl names galore. |
