If the pup is free, other than taking the pup back or not expecting you to breed what else should there be? Breeders should refund the price of pups that are ill, but those are bought pups.
If there's no contract she can't make you give back a pup from it. If there is a contract there should be a return clause and reasons of health the pup should be spayed/neutered. Is that what your looking for? |
