You've gotten a lot of really good advises but I'd like to add one thing about the bath. When you bathe your pup, are you putting something on the surface of the sink/tub for him? Like a small towel or bath mat. It gives them traction so they won't feel as unstable.
I also make it a habit of wiping them down (body, legs, paws) after we come back from outside with baby wipes. For the winter, I use "musher's secret" which is type of wax for pad protection against those salts. My two HATES wearing any type of booties. |
