I must say,,, your taking it a hell of a lot better than me! When I took my Gus in for a summer haircut they shaved him down as well. I even took in a picture of what I wanted to be done. If he wasn't so excited to see me when they brought him out to me I wouldn't have not recognized him. All I wanted to do is cry! He was only 3 1/2lbs and it looked as if a quarter of his weight was his ears. From that day on I had to learn to do it myself. Not that I didn't mess up a few times but nothing like the hack job they did. Just last month I cut a big chunk off of Leiloni's facial hair and was scared that I messed up really bad but it actually came out really cute after some blending. It does grow back just like you said.
