Truth be told, I have gotten some nerves since reading some of these posts about Terry. That said, this is the only place I have found ANY complaints about her, all by the same 2-3 people, and only one who even has any real connection with Terry at all. I have tried to get more information from these people to no avail. All of Terry's customers who I have spoken to personally have nothing but good things to say. Every search I've done has come back fine and I have done hours upon hours of searching since finding these few complaints.
I will say this, as far as staying in contact, I have had ZERO issues. Anytime I call or email, it is replied to in a timely fashion. She initiates contact with me on her own at least twice a week for updates, pictures, and videos. She is also fairly local to me and I am welcomed anytime to visit her home and my pup. I'm unsure what her recent internet issues were, but I've never had a problem speaking with her.
This whole thing is making my head spin. I don't want to support a "bad breeder", but I have had no one come forward with any real information of their claims. With me, Terry has been fantastic. I guess we shall see what happens once Sheldon comes home.
