When Teddy was that age, he wouldn't eat when he knew we would be going out walking in the warm weather. He would wait until we got home and he had time to cool down.
Do you have central air conditioning?
I would be concerned by dramatic changes in sleeping patterns, activity level, and eating if the a/c is running. I would check in with the vet.
