Just remember that there are some show breeders who walk their dogs, and have a very rich social life outside of the show ring.
It is more like what was this dogs' life like? Just an inquiry. And a three year old is still a young dog, and can be with time trained up in the way your would like. It is information for you that can inform your decision.
