Yes some people do project, but that dogs don't get angry or have emotions, I'm dumbfounded that you can have dogs, and not seen or noticed their feelings.

In my experience dogs are quick to forgive, but they most certainly do take offense at times, like when I give Pippi a treat or pet Pippi before Caleb, he turns his back to me and give a little sob sound. We've had dogs all our lives and never had one like him.....but they've all have feelings, some are more subtle. When I won't share some human food, he gives me the stink eye.

They feel, guilty, I know when they done something wrong, by their behaviour and face expressions, before it's been found what they've been up too. They feel love, happiness, sad, grumpy. It's sad that humans feel that a lot of animals don't feel emotions, they miss out on so much. I've never had a mammal that didn't have emotions to some degree.

Pippi is in season, and her emotions have been all over the place, I swear that dog wanted chocolate and a trash novel. (ok a little projection there) She's been moody and huggy, and not quite so happy or active.
