Yes you did. There are many people here with little or no experience, I wouldn't call them anything but inexperienced. Common sense for you and I as experienced owners was acquired. Yes, checking with the vet whenever giving alternate advice is good, advising to get a second opinion great, but telling an already fearful newbie to reconsider the vets advice is not good. You definitely inferred and implied it. See the red highlighted notes I made in a previous post that you have disregarded.

I beg you to get a second opinion before dismissing what your experienced vet prescribed. I would even suggest a vet dermatologist. But please do not rely on just the homeopathic remedy. I've seen many many many pups here and at the shelter suffer miserably because of inadequate care, please for you and Boogies sake please yield to proven remedies and perhaps you could certainly use the homeopathic remedy WITH your vets AFTER you get the ok.
