Animal Smiley 019 She couldn't be more wrong!

Let me start off by saying my Alaskan Husky timberwolf cross, Socks, NEVER forgot me. He has gone to live with my brother once and my mother now. I can't afford to feed him, but I wanted him with family so I could continue to visit him. When he sees me, he gets SO excited. It's like he's a puppy all over again and gives me enough kisses to make up for the ones I've missed.

My toy poodle, Murphy, also NEVER forgot me. I'd be gone doin my thing (I was a teenager), and if she'd run off while I was gone... all I had to do is call for her a couple of times and she'd come runnin. I think at times I was gone a lot more than I was home, but she knew I loved her... and she loved me.

The thing is, dogs have a better sense of loyalty than we, as humans, do. They love us unconditionally with all our faults. They never forget our scent, our voice, or our behavior toward them (whether good or bad).
