Poor little girl! Glad to see you are taking steps to protect her.

We were at the little dog park yesterday, when I woman came in with a female beagle mix she had gotten. I can't remember where she said she got her. There were three males there and one began sniffing around the female and tried to mount her but his owner pushed him away but he kept after her. I asked the females owner if she had had puppies and or spayed because her ladybits looked swollen and she replied she had only had her for a month and they didn't know if she was spayed over not-she was told to wait and see if she came into heat.
After we started asking these questions, I think it finally hit her that her dog was in heat and she leashed her up and got her out of there.
