Except in my area they can set off any kind of fire works from 5:00 pm until 2 hours after sun set. Every year I have to call the police to come and stop it. They do enforce it but only if folks complain. I get up at 4:00 am on weekends so I have the police on speed dial on the 4th and New Years. I'm sure I'm on the I phone ID
Cali runs me crazy tripping to find the noise and get it so she is hyped up all night.
As for setting them off in the street, they can't dooming in public places without a permit so they can only do it on their own property.
