WELCOME to you and Mr. Scruffles! Maybe he's trying to tell you he doesn't need the Karo anymore and/or no longer likes the taste? As for the vomiting, it's hard to say - dogs can vomit for so many reasons...maybe he just had a little upset tummy. I'm really glad you took him in though!
